how it works

Start with the “Who” and give us the details for the party associated with the invoice. Add the invoice and upload any supporting documents as an attachment. Enterprise users have the flexibility of uploading bulk files containing multiple invoices.

Set your negotiation base and maximum tolerance levels and create an offer for either an early payment discount or try to offer a payment extension premium. If you aren’t quite ready to make the offer, you can also use the present and collect feature to simply manage your invoices.

Once you are ready, let that offer fly! We take care of communication with your counter-party based on the details you have provided. You can track the status of your offer on your Invotiate dashboard, so sit back and relax. We’ll do all the heavy lifting for you.

You might ask, “What’s happening now with my offer”? Well, the answer is that along with pricing, our negotiation engine uses multiple data points to negotiate in live-time with your counter-party on the platform. If an agreement is reached, a unique transaction code will be generated for both the parties reflecting the adjusted invoice terms.

That’s all there is to it. Simple, right? Now go and give it a try for yourself.
